We are giving one lucky person the chance to win a quarter beef box direct from our farm. UK delivery only. There is no minimum ticket amount so we guarantee to give the full prize.

Approximate weights for what is in a quarter beef box are below. Please note the weights will vary so this is just a rough guide and how you choose to have it butchered will make a difference.

• 10kg mince
• 4 x 4 packs of burgers
• 5kg diced
• 2kg minute steaks
• Half a fillet (approx 0.8-1kg)
• Half a rump (approx 2.2-3kg)
• Half a ribeye (approx 1kg)
• Half a sirloin (approx 3-4kg)
• Half a topside (approx 4-5kg)
• Half a silverside (approx 4-5kg)
• 2kg stewing steaks (can be minced or diced if you prefer)
• 3-4kg brisket (can be short rib)
• 3kg shin (can be minced or diced)
• 2kg liver
• Fat – 2kg
• Bones- 10kg

Our beef is mainly from slow-growing, native breeds of cattle. Usually Belted Galloway, Aberdeen Angus or Hereford. It is hung for around 14-21 days

110L of freezer space should be plenty for our Quarter Beef Box

The winner will be able to choose between a quarter beef or the cash alternative (£725).
